Updated: Jan 12

Booking is now open for our annual school camping weekend at WoWo in Uckfield: https://wowo.co.uk/.

This is not a fundraising event, but just an opportunity to have fun!

Either camp, glamp (or even just join for the day, although good luck getting your kids to leave) - this weekend is guaranteed to make it into your kids' core memory bank!

All the booking details are below.

A WoWo2026 WhatsApp group will be set up in the new year with more details on some planned activities, (organised fun entirely optional!), packing lists, etc. If you have any questions in the meantime please pass them to Hannah Muress directly or via your class rep.

If you want to glamp, please be aware the deadline is 13 January 2026.

How to book:

Go to the booking page Booking

  • Please book using the group code:  limpsfield2621

  • Click on  I HAVE A GROUP CODE

  • Paste the code on the line, then Click on Add

  • Input the number of nights, children (4-15yrs of age) and adults, and make sure you have your vehicle registration to hand too.

  • We do ask that everyone completes their bookings by 10th March 2026 for camping and 13th January 2026 for glamping.

  • Please avoid using any other navigation tools when on the booking portal - if you leave the page you will no longer be on your promotional code.

  • When you make your bookings you will see all the workshop options. Please either select your group workshop or any public workshop you wish to attend. Workshops and treatments are generally fully booked on the day so we advise you book these with your camping stay.

A few more details from Wowo, which they have asked us to pass on:

Group Conduct

Wowo is a place for a fun stay with respectful guests. We ask that each booking ensures they are aware of the campsite rules. Please leave the amplified music devices at home and bring the acoustic guitar instead. Please be mindful of your behaviour and attitude around the campfire at night and work with our night wardens who are there to ensure all groups have a pleasant stay.

Check in days and driving onsite.

Friday is the check in day for a weekend. There is strictly no driving on or off the campsite on a Saturday, please make sure you plan that into your weekend. On Friday's you can drive to your pitch, unload and set up then we ask that you park in the carpark by reception. You can then move your car back to the pitch on Sundays to pack up.
