Fundraising
At its core, the Limpsfield School Association (LSA) exists to do one powerful thing: raise funds to enrich the educational experience of every child at our school.
Thanks to the amazing efforts of parents, local sponsors, and volunteers, we’ve already achieved so much. In the past year alone, LSA funding has provided:
-
Bright new playground markings
-
Exciting playground equipment
-
A fresh supply of library books
-
Rebuying crucial Read Write inc phonics led books (these seem to get lost often!)
-
Crucial Chromebooks to support classroom learning
-
Enrichment activities like baby chicks, panto performances, and much more!
These extras aren’t just nice-to-haves — they genuinely help us create a richer, more joyful learning environment for our children.
What’s Next?
We’re striving to be more transparent about where your money goes and what we’re working towards — without overloading our Treasurer or overwhelming parents. That’s why we’re aiming to share clear fundraising goals and progress updates throughout the year.
Working closely with our new Headteacher and LSA Committee Members, we’ll be defining new priorities and making sure you know what we’re striving for.
Last year, we raised a fantastic £14,500. This year, we hope to maintain this strong performance, though have adjusted the target in line with the 2025/26 student numbers.
Therefore, this year we’re aiming for £12,000 — and we believe we can get there! And possibly beyond...
We’ll keep this space updated with our progress and how the funds are being used.
Thank you for being part of it — every cake baked, raffle ticket bought, and hour volunteered really does make a difference.
